Bernard Tan has attended and received his 3 star and 4 star kayak awards as well as various kayak coaching awards from PA Water Venture Changi and OBS since year 2002. He has also obtained his Sea proficiency Kayak certificate from PA Kallang Sea sports club in year 1997. Bernard is a person who has a strong passion in Water Sports and he is eager to share his Kayak paddling skills with his participants.

3 days course
Aim: To develop the range of basic strokes and manoeuvers for novices.
Pre-entry Requirement: One Star Award.
