Prerequisite: SCF 1 STAR Award. Please note that the onePA portal system will only recognize certificates awarded within PA. If you possess an external certificate or one that predates our online records, please email us ( PA_WVSEMBAWANG@pa.gov.sg ) your SCF Kayak 1 Star Award Certificate to enable us to update your SCF Award profile in the online system. Once registration is confirmed, no refunds or rescheduling will be allowed. Please bring own packed lunch during course day as the nearest eatery is 30 mins walk away. Course Dates: 3 days Nearest MRT Station: Sembawang Cross the road from Sembawang MRT to the bus stop. Take bus 882 to the stop before Andrew Avenue. A large "Sembawang Park" sign will be on your left. Do not take the bus to the beach. Once at the bus stop, walk up the slope and turn right to Andrew's Avenue on your left. Follow the road down the slope and it will continue to Jalan Mempurong. Follow the winding road past a forest, a mosque on your left and you will arrive at PWSB at the end of the road. PWSB will be the double storey building on your left.
