Course Description
Karate is a traditional Japanese martial art and self-defence discipline that also serves as a popular competitive sport. Participants will learn fundamental techniques such as blocking, punching, striking, kicking, sparring, and proper body movements. Regular training develops strength, speed, coordination, balance, agility, focus, concentration, discipline, and self-confidence in a safe and structured environment.
Requirements and Remarks:
Kyokunshin Karate is for 6 years old to Adult. New students pls pay to trainer for attire fee and trainer will assist to purchase. Please note: 1. A 20% administrative fee applies for cancellations before the class commencement. 2. Course fees are strictly non-transferable to other individuals or classes. 3. No refund will be allowed after class commencement unless there are unforeseen circumstances and subject to committee approval. 4.
