Course Description
Karate is a traditional Japanese martial art and self-defence discipline that also serves as a popular competitive sport. Participants will learn fundamental techniques such as blocking, punching, striking, kicking, sparring, and proper body movements. Regular training develops strength, speed, coordination, balance, agility, focus, concentration, discipline, and self-confidence in a safe and structured environment.
Requirements and Remarks:
For age 7 years old and above. Fees not inclusive of uniform. ** NO CLASS for the month of December 2026 - school holiday ** New students are most welcome. **Do note that online registration MUST be done before class starts!
