Course Description
Karate is a traditional Japanese martial art and self-defence discipline that also serves as a popular competitive sport. Participants will learn fundamental techniques such as blocking, punching, striking, kicking, sparring, and proper body movements. Regular training develops strength, speed, coordination, balance, agility, focus, concentration, discipline, and self-confidence in a safe and structured environment.
Requirements and Remarks:
One-time payment of $180 must be made directly to trainer. This includes a set of uniform and equipments. Age group: 6 years old to 13 years old only
