Course Description
Karate is a traditional Japanese martial art and self-defence discipline that also serves as a popular competitive sport. Participants will learn fundamental techniques such as blocking, punching, striking, kicking, sparring, and proper body movements. Regular training develops strength, speed, coordination, balance, agility, focus, concentration, discipline, and self-confidence in a safe and structured environment.
Requirements and Remarks:
Come join Karate class! Open to both genders aged 6 & above, commence with minimum 8 pax and max intake of 25 pax. New students please meet the trainer before making payment and kindly check with the trainer regarding uniform and other materials.
