Course Description
Karate is a traditional Japanese martial art and self-defence discipline that also serves as a popular competitive sport. Participants will learn fundamental techniques such as blocking, punching, striking, kicking, sparring, and proper body movements. Regular training develops strength, speed, coordination, balance, agility, focus, concentration, discipline, and self-confidence in a safe and structured environment.
Requirements and Remarks:
This is a New Karate (Martial Art) class for age 4 years old and above to join. This is an 8 lessons class. Conducted by Jimmy Cheah, President and Instructor of Kei Shin Kan Karate Singapore Venue: Covered Pavillion, Blk 33A Bedok South Ave 2 (subject to change to void deck, in case of event at Blk 33A) *No SMS notice sent out when class is able to start.* **SMS notice only sent out when class is cancelled or postponed.**
