Requirements and Remarks:

8 sessions open to age 6 and above, new participant with or without any experience are welcome and required to be assessed by trainer before sign up; & commence with minimum 6 pax, max intake is 20 pax. for every new term "Indemnity form need to be fill up through Online - OnePA website or e-kiosk terminal over the CC counter. Please take note that the Lessons is conduct in a new location over @ Tampines Changkat CC, 13 Tampines Street 11 S(529453) and & kindly have insurance coverage for yourself; for Grading movements, uniform fees and other enquiries; do check with the trainer. Social distancing and Hygiene practices of Hands washing / Hands Sanitizing are encourage during the session. No lesson will be commencing due to any unforeseen circumstances, CC course(s) is/are non- transferable and No Refund(s) once the class is able to start with minimum pax Refund will be in cheque - (with valid reason(s) support; and upon review & approve), or due to class cancellation; or postponement as participant is unable make it.
