Purple Edge is a hardware/software technology company, providing hardware, circuit design and software engineering services. Leveraging on its expertise in the tech area, Purple Edge is expanding into tech education to inculcate in the young, interest in technology through a mixture of play, experiment and formal learning, allowing them to innovate and take advantage of opportunities in technology in the future.

This is an introduction to coding, programming and computer science/ electronics through hands-on design and experimentation. In class, students will get to innovate, design and implement projects using Microbit's Microcontroller board and Microsoft's Makecode coding environment, through which students will learn and grasp key programming and computer science/ electronics concepts. 

This course would help to inculcate interest in technology in children through a mixture of play, experiment and formal learning, allowing them to innovate and take advantage of opportunities in technology in the future.
