Course Description
This course teaches the basic of in-line skating which offers a great cardiovascular workout where skaters can vary their speed, perform new techniques and burn calories at the same time. This fun sport is a low impact exercise ithat is kind to the body joints. People who wish to tone the lower part of the body, especially the thighs and buttocks, should try skating as it is one of the most effective workout that targets those areas. Skating also strengthens the legs.
