Hoop Fitness Pte Ltd is a registered company in Singapore since 2016. It was founded by 2 Fitness enthusiast. The Company conducts fitness class using physical hula hoop as a device. Hoop Fitness’s mission is to build a “Fitter, Trimmer and Healthier U” through hula hooping workout. The workouts are targeted to tone and shape the body.

The hula hoop isn't just a children's toy anymore, it can be an enjoyable exercise with many benefits. Hula Hooping is a cardio, low-impact, high-energy workout that trains the core muscles, improves balance, flexibility, dexterity and coordination. Participants will learn the basic hoop technique and postures that promises a whole lot of fun!
