Course Description

Home cooking is a good starting point for those who want to learn the basics of cooking simple and yet tasty meals. Participants can learn to cook all-time Singapore favourites like Hainanese chicken rice, mee siam and roti prata.

HOME COOKING (1-DAY WORKSHOP) MENU (DEMO): (1) Braised Chicken Wings with Sour Plum Sauce - 酸梅炆鸡翼 (2) Spring Onion Sardine Patties - 香葱沙丁鱼饼 (3) Kueh Ko Swee - 果各瑞 Ingredient Fee: $4 - $8 depending on number of participant and pay directly to the Trainer. Participant to bring own take-away containers.
