Course Description
Home cooking is a good starting point for those who want to learn the basics of cooking simple and yet tasty meals. Participants can learn to cook all-time Singapore favourites like Hainanese chicken rice, mee siam and roti prata.

HOME COOKING (1-DAY WORKSHOP) MENU (DEMO): (1) Fried Rice Vermicelli with Mixed Vegetables - 香炒米粉 (2) Curry Chicken - 咖喱鸡 (3) Oats & Peanut Cookies - 麦香花生饼 Ingredient Fee: $4 - $8 depending on number of participant and pay directly to the Trainer. Participant to bring own take-away containers.
