Tan Soh Hoon has been conducting cooking classes at the CCs for the past 10 years. She specialises in Cake and Kueh Making, Agar Agar and Dianxin Making. She has also conducted special workshops for students. To enrich herself, she has been attending courses conducted by local chefs and those from Indonesia and Germany.

Home cooking is a good start for those who want to learn the basics of cooking simple and yet tasty meals. Trainer will demonstrate the all-time Singapore favourites in this workshop.
