Pang Kiah Choon completed the Hatha Yoga (Advanced) course at Eunos Community Club in 2003 and has coached at various CCs since 2005. He completed the Yoga Instructor Programme at For You Information and Holistic Centre in 2006 and is a certified First Aider (Adult First Aid Examination) with the St John Ambulance Association.

An extension of the introductory course of basic yoga, this course will enhance a further understanding of yoga. Yoga helps participants to build flexibility, establish good breathing habits and posture. Participants will learn the intermediate level yoga postures of stretching and bending. This course is highly recommended for those who wish to pursue yoga to a higher level, and to attain further physical and mental benefits.
