Mei Yoke started yoga around her late twenties and she has since continued with this passion of learning, practicing and spreading the passion of yoga to others. She totally enjoys yoga and constantly upgrades herself by signing for yoga courses and workshops whenever there are opportunities.

An extension of the introductory course of basic yoga, this course will enhance a further understanding of yoga. Yoga helps participants to build flexibility, establish good breathing habits and posture. Participants will learn the intermediate level yoga postures of stretching and bending. This course is highly recommended for those who wish to pursue yoga to a higher level, and to attain further physical and mental benefits.
