Ms Low Pau San holds a 200 Hour Teacher Training Certificate awarded by True Yoga Singapore which is accredited by the Yoga Alliance. She has further explored into the study of yoga by attending workshops conducted by prominent yoga teachers. She is passionate about spreading her interest and knowledge in yoga to her students. Her strength lies in attention to detail, with focus on how to make poses effective for students through precise instruction and adjustments. Vibrant, passionate and cheerful in the delivery of the classes to engage and motivate the students.

An extension of the introductory course of basic yoga, this course will enhance a further understanding of yoga. Yoga helps participants to build flexibility, establish good breathing habits and posture. Participants will learn the intermediate level yoga postures of stretching and bending. This course is highly recommended for those who wish to pursue yoga to a higher level, and to attain further physical and mental benefits.
