Sooramma P.D holds a Diploma In Yoga Therapy and a Yoga Instructor's Certificate, both awarded by The Indian School Of Yoga. She has completed hatha yoga classes at the Dhyana Yoga Centre. She has attended the Beyond the Body and the Mind Yoga - 2nd International Yoga Conference organised by Vivekananda Yoga Centre in 2003.

An extension of the introductory course of basic yoga, this course will enhance a further understanding of yoga. Yoga helps participants to build flexibility, establish good breathing habits and posture. Participants will learn the intermediate level yoga postures of stretching and bending. This course is highly recommended for those who wish to pursue yoga to a higher level, and to attain further physical and mental benefits.
