Course Description
An extension of the introductory course of basic yoga, this course will enhance a further understanding of yoga. Yoga helps participants to build flexibility, establish good breathing habits and posture. Participants will learn the intermediate level yoga postures of stretching and bending. This course is highly recommended for those who wish to pursue yoga to a higher level, and to attain further physical and mental benefits.
Requirements and Remarks:
Participants to bring own yoga mat, yoga block (if any), towel & water. Please note: 1. A 20% administrative fee applies for cancellations before the class commencement. 2. Course fees are strictly non-transferable to other individuals or classes. 3. No refunds will be given after class commencement unless there are unforeseen circumstances and subject to committee approval 4. Participants will be notified only in the event of class cancellation or postponement.
