With over 23 years of experience in therapeutic yoga, Leong has helped thousands discover their love for the practice. His expertise spans across Europe, the Americas and Asia Pacific, where he demonstrates remarkable flexibility in tailoring programmes to accommodate diverse cultures, body types and fitness levels.

Through word-of-mouth recommendations from satisfied clients, Leong has earned opportunities to work with prestigious organisations including Pure Yoga, Nokia Siemens, People's Association, NTU Singapore, ST Engineering, BD Medical, Thomson Medical, and Raffles Junior College, among others.

Students consistently praise his engaging and enjoyable teaching style, noting significant improvements in their wellbeing and energy levels. Leong's teaching philosophy prioritises individual care, focusing on proper body alignment and health rather than achieving picture-perfect poses. His approach ensures that each participant receives appropriate guidance for their personal practice.

Try Hatha yoga – the ancient Indian art of healing, toning and rejuvenating the body that is suitable for all walks of life. Challenge your strength and flexibility while experiencing inner peace, calm and harmony through basic yoga poses, breathing exercises and concentration.
