Ann Wang holds an international Diploma in Yoga awarded by Dr Venky’s Shivshakti Yoga Institute (International) Yoga Alliance. She has been practicing yoga for more than a decade and started teaching since year 2012. She believes that practicing yoga gives one self-therapy, self confidence, patience, discipline, focus, inner calm and many other positive benefits. She is a approachable trainer who wants to share her knowledge of yoga with others. Ann style of teaching combination Hatha Yoga Asana and Hatha Yoga Flow. She focus on each yoga alignment to minimise the risk of injury. Having good alignment keeps your joints in their proper positions. In addition, it helps to prevent spine, joints and muscles from getting into awkward angles and positions. When you understand alignment, you have the tools to make almost any yoga pose work for your body, build up physical strength and flexibility.

Try Hatha yoga – the ancient Indian art of healing, toning and rejuvenating the body that is suitable for all walks of life. Challenge your strength and flexibility while experiencing inner peace, calm and harmony through basic yoga poses, breathing exercises and concentration.
