Irina Lim is a passionate yoga instructor with over six years of experience under her belt in this industry. She strongly advocates practising yoga for the mental as well as physical benefits. She believes everyone can do yoga, all it takes is a willing heart and mind to take the first step. She specialises in Hatha Yoga, teaching both Basic and Intermediate levels as well as Yin Yang yoga. Irina is encouraging and enthusiastic in her teaching. Her warm personality and patience help students bond with her. She holds a 200-hour Yoga Alliance Teacher Training Certificate from Pure Yoga, Singapore and a BA Social Sciences NUS.
