Faizah is an experienced yoga instructor. She has worked in the fitness industry as fitness instructor, personal trainer, yoga instructor and aerobic and group exercise instructor since 2005. 
She is a certified personal trainer and fitness instructor, aerobic and group exercise fitness instructor from FISAF. She obtained her yoga instructors' course certificate at Indian Yoga Institute Singapore. 
She spent most of her fitness career planning and leading people of all ages and gender to improve their fitness and health and get into the best shape of their lives. 
She has received a recognition award from Malay Youth Literary Association (4PM) for service rendered. 
As a competent and reliable person, she is able to work independently. Nonetheless she is also a great believer in being a good team player. 
As a fitness enthusiast, she enjoys inspiring others to stay active and lead a healthy lifestyle and her warm character enables her to connect and bond with her participants.
