Requirements and Remarks:

1) Participants are required to bring their own mat & to wear comfortable attire for the activity. 2) Participants are strongly advised to seek medical clearance before enrolling in the programme. Geylang Serai Community Club & the Trainer will not be liable for any loss of life or injuries arising from participation in this activity. 3) Withdrawal from course without certifying documents (I.e Medical Certificate) will not be refunded. The management will review on case-by-case basis.
