Helen Lee holds a Yoga Instructor's Certificate from the Quinine Tao Yoga Centre. She took part in the International Yoga Seminar on 'Yoga Vs Modern Health Problems' in 1984. She attended the First Sports Instructors Coaching Skills Workshop in 1996 organised by the PA. And the Yoga in Asia Conference 2005 to broaden her horizons.

This course is highly recommended for yoga enthusiasts who wish to continue practising yoga. In this course, participants will learn the advanced Asanas postures which cover most parts of the body..
