Mok Siong Yeng is a highly proficient and passionate Yoga Instructor with close to 40 years of experience. She was certified and trained by Yog Sadhna Kendra in India and has been teaching Yoga at various CCs since 1981. She is currently conducting Yoga courses at Clementi and Kreta Ayer CC. Her courses are suitable for all ages, ranging from teenagers to the elderly. She enjoys sharing the benefits of Yoga with people; using her expertise and extensive experience in Yoga to help her students improve their health and fitness, correct their posture, recover from or preventing injuries and to build a healthier lifestyle.

This course is highly recommended for yoga enthusiasts who wish to continue practising yoga. In this course, participants will learn the advanced Asanas postures which cover most parts of the body..
