Sokina Begun is an experienced trainer who has 22 years of experiences in the teaching of yoga. She holds a Yoga instructor certificate by Swami Vivekananda Yoga Anusandhana Samsthana. She has attended the Beyond The Body and the Mind - 2nd International Yoga conference in 2003. She has also attended Yoga In Asia conference in 2005 to broaden her horizon. Her kind, bubbly and warm nature enables her to bond with her participants..
