Liu Siau Jeng is a well-received instructor in the schools where she teaches. She ahs demonstrated a great interest in merging both eastern and western music to enhance her musicianship. She is dedicated, focused and inspiring. She is passionate about music and strives to improve herself in this area while continuously pushing her pupils to greater heights.

A traditional plucked stringed Chinese musical instrument with movable bridges, the Guzheng is the ancestor of the Japanese koto. Participants learn the skills of playing this instrument in a small group. They may have the opportunity to join an existing Chinese orchestra at a community centre or club when they have acquired sufficient skills and experience.
