Course Description
Gua Sha is a TCM scraping technique applied on the meridians of the body. Learn how to apply gua sha on the head and neck for preventive health, as well as locating acupoints on the main meridian to apply gua sha for relieving chronic office pain, like headache and stiff neck.
Requirements and Remarks:
The lesson will be conducted in both English and Mandarin. Please note that a minimum of 10 participants is required for the class to commence. Material fee of $10 to pay to trainer (Notes and Gua sha plate)
