Course Description
Gua Sha is a TCM scraping technique applied on the meridians of the body. Learn how to apply gua sha on the head and neck for preventive health, as well as locating acupoints on the main meridian to apply gua sha for relieving chronic office pain, like headache and stiff neck.
Requirements and Remarks:
Learning Details: 1) Understanding TCM meridian Theory and Concept 2) TCM Gua Sha Application Techniques 3) Locate Common Acupoint for Headaches and Neck Pains 4) Treatment for Common Chronic Pain Such as Headaches and Neck Pains 5) TCM Health Preventive Exercises for Head Portion and Finger Joints *Participants are required to bring their own cleaning kit for practice. *Lesson will be conducted in English & Chinese. * 1 Session Only *Material fee of $10 is payable directly to trainer (notes and gua sha plate/blade).
