Course Description
Gua Sha is a TCM scraping technique applied on the meridians of the body. Learn how to apply gua sha on the head and neck for preventive health, as well as locating acupoints on the main meridian to apply gua sha for relieving chronic office pain, like headache and stiff neck.

Learning Details: 1) Understanding TCM Gua Sha Theory 2) Gua Sha Techniques for Facial 3) Gua Sha facial sequences 4) Commonly used acupoints for facial 5) Hands on practices and demonstration *Participants are required to bring their own cleaning kit and facial cream for practice. *Lesson will be conducted in English. *One-day session *Material fee of $10 is payable directly to trainer (notes and gua sha plate/blade).
