Course Description
Feeling overwhelmed at work and short on time? This hands-on workshop is designed for Singaporeans who want to use AI and ChatGPT as a practical work assistant — not just a cool tech toy.
In this course, you’ll learn simple, easy-to-remember prompting frameworks that help you get clearer, more useful results from ChatGPT for everyday work tasks. We’ll cover techniques like Persona Prompting (getting AI to think like an expert) and 5W1H prompting (asking better, more detailed questions), plus additional frameworks to help you brainstorm ideas, write faster, solve problems, and use AI tools such as ChatGPT with confidence.
You’ll compare “before and after” outputs, practice with real-life work examples, and learn how to adapt prompts for emails, reports and admin tasks.
No technical background in AI required. Walk away with practical skills you can use immediately to work smarter, save time, and boost productivity at work and beyond.
Requirements and Remarks:
IMPORTANT NOTES: • Open to participants aged 19 and above. • Participants are required to bring their own laptop, charger, mouse, and mouse pad. • Participants should be comfortable using a computer and web browser. Firefox or Chrome is recommended. • A minimum of 8 participants is required for the session to commence. • A confirmation email will be sent 3 days before the class date.
