We’ll cover techniques like Persona Prompting (getting AI to think like an expert) and 5W1H prompting (asking better, more detailed questions), plus additional frameworks to help you brainstorm ideas, write faster, solve problems, and use AI tools such as ChatGPT with confidence.

You’ll compare “before and after” outputs, practice with real-life work examples, and learn how to adapt prompts for emails, reports and admin tasks.
