After attaining her Diploma in Yoga, Sheau Ping started conducting private Yoga classes in 2008. Since then, her passion has motivated her to continue her teachings through weekly group classes at the Safra Toa Payoh Branch from its inception in 2013 till 2020. Sheau Ping was also invited to conduct corporate classes to employees at Siemens Singapore as well as at ABN Amro Bank throughout 2014. 
Sheau Ping believes that anyone can reap the good benefits from a regular practise. This has enabled her to share this holistic discipline with students ranging from the ages of 15 to over 60 years old. Her greatest reward comes from helping her students become more mindful of their health and tapping into their yoga practice to promote holistic well-being in their lives.

This friendly, slow yoga class helps you feel better through simple stretches, easy poses, and calm breathing. It's suitable for people who are new to yoga, older adults, or anyone who wants gentle exercise that won't strain their body.
