Course Description
Gentle Flow Yoga is a slow pace flow class incorporating simple stretching to warm up the body, as well as slower paced strengthening movements. This class is for those new to yoga or those who are interested in a gentle practice with the goal of increasing your range of motion and flexibility.
Requirements and Remarks:
Remarks: Participants to bring -1x Anti-slip Yoga mat 173/183 x 61/63cm Additional props to bring -2x Yoga blocks -23cm L x 15cm W x 7.5cm H with weight > than 220g -1x Yoga strap/belt -length 2.5m and above -2x Fascia/pressure balls Participants if unsure of the props, please check with the trainer on first day of the class. Participants to report at 12pm, Please note there will be 20% administrative charges of the course fees for any request refund.
