Health-First Fitness Academy (HFFA) was founded by two individuals who, through their own struggles with chronic pain, became passionate about finding practical solutions for pain relief and improving well-being. What began as simple mobility-focused functional training quickly grew from one-on-one coaching to group sessions, creating a welcoming and supportive wellness community. Seeing the unique needs of older adults, HFFA shifted its focus to developing programmes that improve mobility, build strength, and manage pain. These efforts have helped many individuals stay active and independent, making HFFA a trusted name in age-friendly fitness.

Functional fitness is an exercise regime that focuses on training the body for activities and movements that is performed in daily life. Each session aims to build an overall fitness level; aside from core strength, stability and balance to carry out everyday activities with ease. This is perfect for beginners. Regular sessions will improve balance, strength & conditioning and endurance.
