Course Description
Gymnastics is a sport that involves different aspects of the body such as agility, strength, flexibility and durability. It differs from most sports as it puts emphasis on every muscle in your body. Gymnastics can also be very fun to learn as games can be incorporated into the training session to spice up the lesson and develop teamwork among participants.
