Course Description
Erhu is a two-stringed Chinese musical instrument which is played with a bow. It can be used as a solo instrument or, in a Chinese orchestra where it serves as a violin. Participants learn the skills of playing this instrument in a small group. They may have the opportunity to join an existing Chinese orchestra at a community centre or club when they have acquired sufficient skills and experience.
Requirements and Remarks:
There will be no class on Public Holiday. Erhu will not be provided. However participants may purchase erhu from instructor on the first day of the course. A erhu cost between $200 to $500plus. Erhu course is for participants above the age of 12.
