Siti Fatimah has been with the early childhood sector since 1999 to present as an Early Childhood Educator. Her experiences with children from various age from 2 years to 6 years old over these 14 years has made her realise the importance of reading to make them ready to the challenging education system that we have in Singapore.

This course focuses on building the students' ability to recognise phonics (sounds of alphabets) and the association of phonics with words and phrases. Students will be taught the basics of phonics and they will be guided to read passages and stories.
