Dickson Heng holds a Diploma from the London Chamber of Commerce Examinations Board. He has a Certificate in Tutoring Mathematics and English Language from the University of Western Sydney Macarthur. He has tutoring experience and has worked as a relief teacher for the Ministry of Education.

This course follows closely the requirements of the MOE syllabus. There will be ample practice, review and discussion. Materials are painstakingly selected and extra exercises help students cope with difficult questions. For all tuition lessons, notes, classwork and homework will be given.
