Course Description
This programme covers the steps and skills to write a good composition for students in Primary 3 and 4. It also brushes up the students' English grammar and vocabulary skills. It teaches students the following topics in Creative Writing:
- Plan the content
- Organise the story using graphic organiser
- Make an interesting start
- Use good words and phrases
- Use sentence starters and connectors
- Learn different types of storyline
- End it well
Requirements and Remarks:
Child must be in Primary Three/Four in local school in 2027, able to understand, speak, read and write English and pass English at previous level. Not suitable for students with special needs as the environment is not conducive and our teachers are not trained in teaching kids with special needs. All course fee must be paid at least 1 week before start of each term and places will be given on a first-come-first-serve basis. Lesson cancelled by the teacher due to unforeseen circumstances will be replaced. The lesson missed by the student on his or her own accord will not be replaced nor the fee refundable. There are no lessons scheduled on all Public Holidays (PH) and PH in lieu, Chinese New Year (CNY) period 5 Feb to 8 Feb, Term Break 5 Jun to 30 Jun, 13 Nov to 31 Dec.
