Course Description
Participants will be trained on individual routines for participation in competitions, which consists of several sets of routines and choreography. Competition routines include individual routines and group routines. Participants can look forward to a rich and diverse content, utilizing a wide variety of techniques that includes both bare-handed routines and those performed with equipment.
