Course Description
Dianxin is tidbits of essentially steamed food, kept ready for consumption any time. This demonstration workshop teaches you how to make a tasty range of bite-size dianxin / Chinese pastries. Participants will get to sample the food. A variety of dianxin will be taught at different sessions.
