Course Description

The proposed Dance Mix & Practice course is a recreational, multi-style dance programme that allows participants to revisit and practise dance styles they have previously learnt, including Social Dance, Latin American Dance, Club Dance and Retro Medley Dance.

Unlike the trainer's existing courses, which focus on specific dance styles and/or progressive learning levels, the proposed course provides a flexible platform for participants to reinforce previously learnt dance techniques and routines while improving coordination, rhythm and confidence in a social setting.
