Course Description
This course is created with these objectives:
1. To partake in international dance competition
2. To increase versatility in dancers
3. To give opportunity to dancers from all community clubs and schools an opportunity to increase their dance exposure
A typical 1.5hr class will be broken down into:
15mins: Warm up
30mins: Technique Strengthening
45mins: Genre introduction, choreography and variations
The genre introduced will be rotated every 6 months. It will be highly dependent on the types of competition that comes to Singapore and its neighboring countries. Genres includes Jazz, Contemporary, ballet, Junior contact improve.
It is a pre-requisite for the participants to be engaged in at least one discipline of dance.
