Course Description
Chinese dance dates back to nearly 5,000 years. Movements of the body, hands and feet are used gracefully to express life experiences. Participants will be taught the basic dance movements and performing skills of Chinese dance. The emphasis will be on flexibility, coordination and balance.
Requirements and Remarks:
This is a mask-on activity as requested by the Trainer. Participants need to put on their masks throughout the entire lesson and fully vaccinated.
