Course Description
Chinese dance dates back to nearly 5,000 years. Movements of the body, hands and feet are used gracefully to express life experiences. Participants will be taught the basic dance movements and performing skills of Chinese dance. The emphasis will be on flexibility, coordination and balance.
Requirements and Remarks:
This class will be conducted in Mandarin. For aged 18 years old and above. Pls do not attend if unwell. New participant, please kindly check with trainer (HP 98793028) before signing up for this class. No class on 4 September
