Course Description
Chinese dance dates back to nearly 5,000 years. Movements of the body, hands and feet are used gracefully to express life experiences. Participants will be taught the basic dance movements and performing skills of Chinese dance. The emphasis will be on flexibility, coordination and balance.
Requirements and Remarks:
Chinese Dance Class Conducted by Mr Carl Tan, this class will be conducted in English and Mandarin. (Video recording is always strictly prohibited). Those with some dance experience preferred but not required. Newcomers please contact Carl Tan at 9388 4798 for more info before registration. This class will be covering several Creative Chinese Dance for stage performances with singing performers. Folk Dance, Classical, Traditional, Modern and Pop.
