Seow Ai Long was awarded the PA STARS Trainer Award (Best STARS Trainer for Friendship Building & Community Bonding) for the year 2012. She graduated from the Baharuddin Vocational Institute with a Certificate in 3D Design in 1977. She also studied Art under famous Artists such as Tan Teng Kee and Lim Kang Kee. 

Seow Ai Long also holds a certificate in Basic Chinese Painting.

She has been a PA Children's Art, Hobbycraft and Cartoon Trainer since 1983.

The course gives children not only an early start in the learning of colours, shapes and lines but also the opportunity to socialise with their peers and get their creative juices flowing. Besides drawing and colouring, they may also explore other art mediums and will be encouraged to talk about their daily life experiences to help them generate more ideas for their drawings.
