Siew Fong holds a Diploma in Fine Art at the Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts in Singapore. From her passion towards the arts, her persistence has allowed her to receive numerous awards such as Tan Chin Tuan Merit Awards (2016/17), Tan Ean Kiam Arts Bursary (2017) and Singapore Hokkien Huay Kuan Arts and Cultural Awards (2016/17).

Siew Fong is good in Chinese Ink, Ceramic and Western Oil Painting; with a group of artists painted a 12m banner for 2016's ministerial visit. She actively volunteers at Toa Payoh South Community Club at Bishan-Toa Payoh Group Representation Constituency under Community Arts and Culture Club.

The course gives children not only an early start in the learning of colours, shapes and lines but also the opportunity to socialise with their peers and get their creative juices flowing. Besides drawing and colouring, they may also explore other art mediums and will be encouraged to talk about their daily life experiences to help them generate more ideas for their drawings.
